Refund policy

We're happy to help with your return! Items in their original, unused condition with tags still attached are eligible for a refund or store credit. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@stitchblooms.com. Returns must be approved by us before being sent. Once approved, you’ll receive further instructions on where to send your return. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please submit a return request within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. After this period, exchanges are available for up to 25 days. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges beyond 25 days from the order delivery date.

Please note: The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide return shipping labels.
